Ursula Ebner, born in 1968, spent a year studying in the USA after her school-leaving examination in Murau (Styria). Afterwards she studied Spanish and English for interpreters at the Karl-Franzens-University in Graz. After her graduation she moved to Vienna to study law at the University of Vienna.
She began her professional career at the Federal Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, where she discovered her interest in public law and environmental law. In search of new challenges in this field, she joined our firm as an associate.
She has been a registered attorney-at-law since 2003 and a partner in our firm since 2006.
Ursula Ebner's practice focuses on environmental, industrial and plant law (in particular in the field of retail and shopping centers, business parks, urban development projects, commercial real estate such as office buildings, hotels, large cinemas, etc.), but also on water, commercial, building and regional planning law, environmental impact assessment law, remediation of contaminated sites and mining law, public commercial law/constitutional law as well as administrative and administrative criminal proceedings.
